    "Business Reviews Made Easy!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The setup for BirdEye online reviews is simple and easy, and their staff support is beneficial! They did almost all of the work and help us continue to keep the account fresh! We continue to add locations and the process is basically seamless! Our internal systems don't allow files to be sent directly, but we've been able to find a simple easy process to sent our review data. I love how easy it is! What do you dislike about Birdeye? We've been very happy with the service; at times, there are many features, and the dashboard can be confusing. Thankfully, the BirdEye staff can help quickly resolve them. At times, our representative changes and that can be tough, but part of the software world and BirdEye does a great job communicating! Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I highly recommend Birdeye for multiple location businesses, the price is right and the results are fast and easy! It's a great platform to provide you an ideal way to watch your online reputation! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We've been able to quickly generate more online reviews to our multiple location business by using the BirdEye platform. It's easy to use and fast to implement. We can add locations at any time, and the support staff is helpful. I also love the data and insights provided, it's a quick and easy way to see how we're dong and how we've improved over the years. Data is king in this type of software and we're thankful BirdEye cares about the great reporting.

    "Birdeye is amazing!" What do you like best about Birdeye? They are always here to support our needs. I can call or email and get a response right away. They work so hard to make sure we are happy. Great partnership. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish Birdeye could add yelp so i don't have to respond to them separately. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We don't have any problems with Birdeye. Just how convenient Birdeye is and the great partnership we have.

    "Birdeye has helped us manage our online presence in one easy platform." What do you like best about Birdeye? We enjoy being able to respond to many different review sites in one easy setting. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is nothing I really dislike about Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to improve our online review presence by responding to reviews in a timely manner. Birdeye also helps us identify areas of improvement necessary at each of our locations.

    "Review" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye provides a streamlined way to track your review and analyze your reputation management initiatives. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I think there is a challenge with converting campaign review requests sent into actual reviews. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping an eye on our property's reputations. By looking at these numbers on a regular basis we are making sure our review ratings are improving.

    "Does the job and more" What do you like best about Birdeye? These are my favorite: - interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate - learning curve for a newbie is very low because of how simple and clean the platform is - never froze or showed me error messages whatsoever What do you dislike about Birdeye? I believe they do not have the capability of scheduling reports, although i like the fact that i can save filters. i wish they have a way to respond smoothly to Yelp reviews, although, the copy and paste functionality helps as well. not a deal breaker because i understand how yelp is strict with their partners Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: When shopping for softwares, its not just about the cost, but most importantly is the Customer Support. BirdEye has amazing support and a team who can provide a wealth of information because they have clients from different industries.     "Operator Friendly" What do you like best about Birdeye? Super simple to use. In particular, I like how easy it is to read a review and reply right away. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't have much to report in the dislikes. At the moment, the only thing I would say is it's inconvenient that you cannot respond to Yelp reviews directly from Birdeye. I'm sure this will change in the future. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to address all of our review needs in one location. Very convenient.

    "Good integration, easy to use dashboard" What do you like best about Birdeye? The integration with our property management software is seamless. Customer service is good and our dedicated account rep is very knowledgeable and helpful. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It can be challenging to get our residents to buy into the review process, but this is not a BirdEye issue but more of a customer engagement issue. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are increasing the total number of reviews and have a way to track and respond to them as they come in. BirdEye keeps us organized.

The convenience; we can communicate and gauge our customer's perceptions for all 16 of our locations. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I cannot identify anything that I dislike. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye has been a solid partner in assisting us to achieve our goals. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get a good sense of how our customer truly feels about our service. We can see where are excelling and where we need to improve.

    "Simple and easy to integrate into our system. It has helped enhance our membership engagement." What do you like best about Birdeye? The chatbot "Robin" has been an enormous time saver for us. I love the fact that we could use our own FAQs to make Robin's repsonses accurate to our policies and procedures. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Integrating our locations was a bit difficult since we have a couple of centralized departments. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you are looking for a product that can truly help you touch all aspects of your business's online reputation, Birdeye does just that. It's fully integrable and easy to manage using all the tools they offer. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our membership response times have greatly improved, and it also helped us manage our public platforms a lot better.

    "I love using Birdeye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is very user-friendly. If and when I have questions, they are very responsive to my inquiries!!! What do you dislike about Birdeye? When I first started using Birdeye there were additional steps involved on ways to do things. Birdeye is always looking for ways to improve their product and it shows. They've streamlined all the processes I use daily and it makes my job that much easier. I've used them for years and they keep getting better! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get our customers feedback in a timely manner and with a new added texting feature we will be able to reach out to past customers to keep us fresh in their minds for future use.

BirdEye is constantly adding new features and functionality, making them an even more significant asset to our business. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike. Only smooth sailing so far. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We get immediate feedback from our customers visiting store locations, the opportunity to more swiftly correct customer issues, and deeper insights into store locations.

    "Top Notch Support" What do you like best about Birdeye? Reporting and Analytics are easy to understand. The monthly check-up meetings with Sahil (our account rep) help keeps us on track during the busy times that we lose touch with the program. I highly recommend BirdEye! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have zero complaints with BirdEye, and they are always constantly improving and finding ways to help our business. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Once you have the system up and running for a few months and get the first set of statistics... You will be very impressed with your account manager, guaranteed! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We can track our CSI from location to location. Any hiccups we identify early and standardize from that point.

    "Client Review" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that we can connect all our other digital platforms into Birdeye to have 1 central location to manage our reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only downside and this is not a Birdeye issue is that Yelp responses cannot be managed within Birdeye. This is a Yelp API issue. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye has great customer support. Having a dedicated account manager is so helpful. Also, we have quarterly meetings to review our metrics and learn about new product releases from Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? None at this time.

Google my Business integration is difficult. Google does not have timely support when issues arise due to their platform. As a result, it does delay the process. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reputational problems.

Sometimes they make changes to the features they are challenging to find. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our clients are receiving reviews for their business that they would not usually receive if left on their own. The reviews help promote their business and obtain more clients.

    "Best Software ever" What do you like best about Birdeye? The thing I like most about Birdeye is the convenience of automating daily processes. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I'm not too fond of the fact that we are unable to make payment request to our customers What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem that we are solving is better customer service by getting vital information to the customer quicker. Better customer loyalty.

    "Easy all-in-one platform" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye makes it easy to sort reviews and surveys all in one. It is easy to navigate, and the team is quick to help with any issues. I like that it has a separate algorithm that creates categories and topics based on specific keywords. The monthly meetings allow us to address all questions, and the team has been great with communication. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The downside is that the analytics for reviews and surveys are split, and we can't see them all at once. It would be helpful if there were a way to combine both. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer have to send a daily report for all team members. It is easy for individuals to log in and review analytics that pertains to them. We are receiving more reviews, and we are responding to them quicker and more efficiently. The automated messages allow us to have a better response rate on different platforms.

    Great Company Pros: The ease of use and functionality. Our remote scheduling team loves it! Cons: Some of our remote scheduler experience delayed notifications. Overall: We began the use of Birdeye during Covid. It was a wonderful alternative to having dental schedulers in office. We have built an entire remote scheduling department using the software.

    "Very Easy to Use & Helpful Review Management Tool" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that I can see all Facebook, Google My Business, and Yelp pages in one place. My company has 47 locations so this very helpful. What do you dislike about Birdeye? No fault of Birdeye but the integration with Yelp isn't as good as it is with Google My Business. It is tedious to keep switching between Yelp accounts to respond to a review Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: The team at Birdeye is great! They respond to all questions, concerns, and problems very quickly. The platform is simple to use and helpful for managing reviews across many retail locations. Having templates to choose how to respond to reviews saves time and somewhat automates the process. I say go for it! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving community management and customer service issues with Birdeye. It helps us gauge the sentiment of our customers and find ways that we can improve the customer experience from start to finish.
