Cancelled our booking on day that we were due to collect the car. We were told the vehicle had been in a crash when in fact the dealer had closed down. Terrible email and phone service.

I booked my van through camplify, unaware that it was a wicked van. Customer service in Perth was terrible. The van was dirty inside and out and it was completely out of fuel. Wiper blades, seat belt and back door not working properly. Their email response to my complaint called these things 'minor inconveniences' and 'luxuries'!

Customer service is horrendous. You can only contact via email for any issues and they don't reply. the phone number they have is only for booking. I picked up a vehicle and prior to collection they said they were having some issues with the battery but it should be all okay now. I felt unnerved but didn't have much choice. As soon as I got up to 80km, the whole vehicle shook because it needed a wheel alignment. Have been waiting 3 months for my deposit. Told me it would only take 30 days. It is obvious by looking at all their reviews they make it very difficult for you to receive your bond back. They are no help over the phone and just say all they can do is email admin. I have been calling every week now and they say all they can do is email admin and admin will get back to me which they never do. Don't know how they are still operating???? Do Not rent from here!!!!!

Myself and a friend drove a vehicle down for wicked campers on March 17 that we put a $1000 bond on. They told us it would be deposited back into our accounts within 30 days and has not. We’ve tried calling/emailing and no response. We’re backpackers that desperately need this money back and feel completely exploited by this company.

Campervan was excellent on both pickup and drop off. We had a great time. However Wicked took $3000 from us and haven't returned it after nearly 2 months! Where is it? AVOID

We hired a campervan from Wicked Campers Hobart. The service we experienced there was very good. We returned the van without damage mid-February and even left dishes and bedding that we had purchased for our trip. After the 30 working days, I started to chase up our $3000 bond. After several emails and phone calls to Sales, Admin, and Customer Care, I am still waiting. Absolutely the worst most unprofessional company I’ve ever had to deal with. I picked up the camper in Christchurch where they didn’t go over any of the features of the vehicle. Just threw us the keys and said to read the papers in the camper. Not very helpful. Next dropping off the vehicle was a nighmare. I put the drop off for Sunday in my contract. They said they don’t even have drop offs on Sunday and charged me $100 for late drop off. Finally, they said 30 business days to return the bond. I called up after the 30 days ... read more

Terrible service, bad campervan, we complain about that,then the owner want to hid us with an iron stick he had this stick behind the reception, we went to the policeoffice about that accident. Never rent a campervan at wicked campers. The man in Alice Springs is crazy. Never rent at wicked campers
