WORST EXPERIENCE EVER After 23 days in the Nissan Elgrand (Skippy model) camper i'm going to explain to you why you should spend those 200$ more on the next option and don't ever pick this one despite of being the cheapest one. - Broken chairs, Broken kitchen appliances (we had to buy some from our pocket), broken gas stove that spends too much gas (13 gas cannisters for 23 days, 2 skinny persons not even cooking twice a day), whatever is not broken is about to as there's no cleaning or maintenance done on the campers. - Fri... read more

We were speaking over the phone for a booking for several days and everything seemed to be perfect. After booking it they cancelled it and said there is no other option for us. Very unreliable

Steer clear of this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We rented a car in Denham for a day in July and they did not refund our $500 bond until October, and only after I had threatened to sue them for it. Do not reply to emails, won’t let you speak to accounts on the phone. Absolute nightmare. Do not use them.

It has been two months, multiple calls and Emails later, I am still waiting for my bond refund. I've been sending Emails to the Adminteam but the adminteam does not respond. Their response is: You need to keep emailing the admin team. Please see photo attached for reference.

Vehicle was ok although condition was not worth the really high cost (I hired the 4wd). Their pricing model is very unclear as they have a lower cost and then charge you an extra for everything eg. outback area use, 4wd use, access to certain areas... The real Problems started when I got back, I realised their policy says 30 business days to refund the deposit, a good extra cash for them in interests, really imbalanced against a customer. We hired a car for 3 weeks in Darwin. The car was new, darwin team were fun and helpful. Unfortunately Wicked Campers head office are not as helpful. I am still awaiting my bond 3 months after returning the car. After countless calls, emails and complaints summited to ACCC, VCAT and consumer affairs I am still waiting for my bond back. I keep emailing but no one responds. It seems very common to wait +4 months for my bond back. I don't know if I will ever get my bond back. Most horrific experience ever ! Made 2 bookings for 2 different time at the London Location. Received a confirmation email mentioning a different location. Been overcharged for the daily rate so I called the customer's service which explained that the website was not updated and the location had been changed. Price of the daily cover was a mistake and will be refunded. Fair enough, location was annoying but could deal with it. Next morning, I received again a new email mentioning a 3d location. Worst experience, didn't get what I paid for and never got the 500$ caution back for no reason... Wicked camper should be taken to court and forced to pay back their customers!!!!

Long story short - the vehicle was crap, the customer service was even worse. The door stopped working, so they kept our bond to cover the repair (their mechanic told us it's a minor thing that wouldn't cost more than 50-100 bycks). After 9 months, dozens of emails and phone calls they simply informed us that they are keeping the whole sum ($1000+), without any further explanation. Later on we've met a guy who used to work for them, and he told us that they regularly exploit foreign tourist like this.
