Why anyone would want to drive a vehicle with offensive filth written on the back for all the world to see is perplexing. What is baffling, is why anyone would pay to do so. These vehicles are driven in public spaces where children can read the sexually degrading R rated "humour" written in clear big type on the rear. Adults shouldn't have to read this stuff let alone kids. Terrible. Where are the regulators???
Had a great experince with wicked in both Melbourne and New Zealand with nice and helpful staff, but wow the service in Hobart was the worst. Rude staff that you could tell hated his job, the heater/cooker didn't work so we couldn't cook any food like we planned on doing, didn't receive the table and chairs that we paid for and the side lights didn't work. Ok i tried to book a 4x4 camper with wicked. It was going to cost over $4300 for 2 weeks. In the first conversation i was told we could go anywhere in the 4x4. Then i checked and gues what we couldnt. So i contacted them again and was told yes they have restricted but for an extra $750 that would be waved if i booked and paid straight away. Well i didnt and lucky i didnt. Because i rang again today and guess what the $750 i would of paided didnt cover prohibited areas. While it was easy to book online and my partner and I had absolutely no problems with vans having "offensive" graffiti and being a bit rough (honestly why we chose the company), we DID have a problem with the THREE hour wait it took to get our van. When we arrived and saw the line of people out the door we assumed that it might be a 10-15 minute wait.. boy were we wrong. Website easy to navigate and booking procedure straightforward. But that's all good I have to say on this awful company. We travelled to Australia in April 2017 and hired a so-called premium campervan paying a significant amount more for this upgraded option. When we arrived to collect the vehicle we were given one of their regular vans with graffiti all over it , quite the opposite of the premium vehicle we had paid for. Rip off! Stole my Money!!! Gave me a 4WD with 30 L tank... just ridiculous for WA distances. Didn't even bother to discuss the issue. After ages the told me they would refund the spare fuel tank i bought - but they never did! Unfriendly stuff!

I've been booking Wicked campers for the last 5 years in March and December for only a 5 day van hire for a music festival i go too, cost of the van is $500 for 5 days I only got a 10% discount once , Just last week was the last time I booked a 3 sleeper late last year when i went to pick up van they gave me a 2 sleeper they went on to say all our vans are booked out sorry, After all the years i booked with them they did not look after me this van they gave me leak fumes in the van, Not nice to drive 3 hours one way 3 hours ... read more
Making the booking was easy because it was all done online and they had your money before you got the van, but when we went to pick it up in Hobart the customer service was terrible. We are 2 over 70's who don't mind roughing it but we had been promised a TAME (read Non psychedelic) white vehicle.
