I returned a missed call and got abused by Shannon. Very aggressive towards me and totally blindsided me as I was not expecting to be yelled at straight off. Apparently I called a call centre, and that's why he was upset?????? Worst customer service. Rented from two of their branches and had terrible experiences with both. Would never trust my property with them or rent with them again. Landlords, you'll be able to manage your property better on your own!
terrible! when I move in a house it was already old, but when I went out IMAGE wanted to discount it in my bond, the things were already broken, lucky I proved and I didn’t have to pay for it!
I am just really happy that my nightmare with your company is finally over. There is no consideration for families with young children. I have fallen sick for the stress provocate from your poor management and lack of communication.
This agency is unprofessional & incompetent. As a landlord myself I would not recommend them. I applied for a property that I had been told had no other applications, however I was not able to view the property until Saturday. They asked me for further information to which I sent in. The next day they asked for more information that they could have asked me for the day before, holding up my application. Rudest person, Corrine answered my call on a Sunday afternoon, then complained that I was calling her on a Sunday afternoon. It’s a work phone number. Asked about a house 96 graham rd Lawton that is still listed currently on the website and real estate.com only for her to say it was taken last week, then hung up before I could ask her anything else. Remind me not to work with them.
Ineffective bordering on negligent property management. 3 months to repair leaking toilets and raft of maintenance issues never addressed thru tenure. Non responsive property managers and have asked repeatedly for customer feedback forms, never provided. They do not want their negligence recognised. I no longer rent the property but still receiving emails re attempted break in damage reported to police in January. No apology received to wrongly addressed emails. This is the worst Real Estate Agency I have ever came across. My cooktop blew off while I was cleaning it and Image Property of West End made me pay the labour invoice for replacing it even though the electrician who did the job admitted to me that the seal was broken and for this reason unable to retain the water. The invoice didn’t mention the cause and the evidence got disposed. A total scam. My property manager was Rebecca Elliott, an agent who only works and listens for one party of the contract: the house owner.
