Before handing my property to Image I unfortunately had one properties left abandoned with many repairs to be done, Image property management were extremely helpful and organised all the repairs and rented the property in a timely matter. Rented property in Ripley. Had Jess as Property Manager. Took Jess ages to respond to our emails/ correspondence yet when she needed info from us she needed it urgently. We had to clean the property again before we could move in even after Image paid for a professional bond clean. Sent Jess photos and videos of the mess left behind after Image hired a bond cleaner. The only bad review I’ve ever written!! Image Property Brisbane has been by far the worst rental agency I’ve dealt with in the 5 years I’ve been a tenant. Just to add - I’m also a landlord so I understand both sides of the fence. From beginning to end the communication has been dreadful; ignoring calls and emails. Image Property destroyed our trust and stability. They illegally took marketing photos of our home showing all our belongings, sold the property, and then evicted us. After that, they used a dodgy contractor to unlawfully take every one of our possessions - brand new furniture and household goods - and we never saw them again. They even lied about it in QCAT, giving the adjudicator a letter claiming the landlord had taken our belongings, when in fact Image Property themselves had arranged it. They will try and take your bond off you even when you look after the property and leave it in a spotless state. We are taking our issue to qcat but be wary of this real estate agent if you need your bond back
