Image Property destroyed our trust and stability. They illegally took marketing photos of our home showing all our belongings, sold the property, and then evicted us. After that, they used a dodgy contractor to unlawfully take every one of our possessions - brand new furniture and household goods - and we never saw them again. They even lied about it in QCAT, giving the adjudicator a letter claiming the landlord had taken our belongings, when in fact Image Property themselves had arranged it. They will try and take your bond off you even when you look after the property and leave it in a spotless state. We are taking our issue to qcat but be wary of this real estate agent if you need your bond back

Image Property has blatantly breached the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act (RTRA Act) on multiple occasions during my tenancy. They took and used photographs of the property without my written consent for advertising purposes, which is a direct breach of the Act and the Privacy Act. They failed to issue water bills, meaning tenants are not legally obligated to pay for water usage. Disgusting treatment of tenants by their property management team (Jessica Liu specifically). Family members rented a house through Image Property Aspley and from the get go it was clear what their priorities were. There were countless occasions where hazards in the home occurred or things needed to be fixed and calls + emails went unanswered for a week. Do not recommend. Rented a property which was sold during my tenancy and property management was transferred to Image Property. I provided notice to leave and they advertised the property for rent with a $770 per week (a $135 increase). The property was rented 36 days after providing notice for $730 per week. Image Property failed to mitigate my losses during this period. As someone who is looking to buy a property at the moment, I actively avoid their listings given their unethical conduct.
