Probably the worst agency we have ever used ! Will try every trick in the book to keep your bond - even going as far as magnifying images to make things look bad when the naked eye can’t even see it! Arrogant staff- avoid talitha at all costs- rude,sarcastic and downright nasty!
A big property manager turn over with no continuity. Expectations are unrealistic when doing a bond clean. Beware. Current property manager needs to learn diplomacy. Took a year to fix entry condition issues. They work for the owner only but bad mouth them anyway. Extremely unprofessional. Stay away from Image Property Rentals at all costs.
Really disappointed with this business. Signed lease deposit approved. Removalists organised and schools. 2 dogs approved. And then the pinned pulled. Bush league operation who then when queried politely got made to feel it was somehow kosher and not their fault. Own your mistakes
Worst real estate ever! They don’t even respect if you are sleeping 8am on a Saturday. They break into get inside your bedroom to wake you up. No respect.
We have moved our business from Image Property West End. We've had two tenants renting our property and both times Image Property West End made huge mistakes. First they wrote a 5 month lease for one tenant, then for the second tenant they extended the lease date without informing us and today we found out they offered the existing tenant a renewal price $40 less than we had requested in writing. I feel sorry for our tenant! Totally incompetent.
