Image Property are the worst agents I’ve encountered. We still have a water damaged ceiling and giant hole above the bathroom and it’s been going on for 3 months now. When we moved in the AC wasn’t working and they tried to guilt us into not getting it fixed because the poor owner couldn’t afford it. Highly recommend to look else where. Image Property are extremely unprofessional and lack communication. The amount of emails and calls and text that were ignored. The property we moved into was infested with rats and they couldn’t care less. The would climb through thunder the house into the oven, gaps under the doors. Any crevice they could fit. We were lied to under multi offer by Alex Wright after being told that the other parties offer was apparently more than ours in order to coerce us into placing a higher bid. It wasn’t until years later when we met the other party that we found out their offer was considerably less than what we were led to believe. The sales agent was willing to except cash on the side. It may take weeks or years for lies to be exposed but eventually it does. Don’t be a sneaky realtor.
Hardly a shadow of what they were a few years ago. Management style is lacking real time communication and avoid showing responsibility for their shortcomings of which there are many now. Terrible handling of property mgmt when things go pear shaped and much to do with them letting bad tenants continue bad behaviour and practices till the damage is done. Their best days are behind them. Terrible.

Worst Experience Ever since we start renting. False communication at the start of tenancy and nothing fixed. Unnecessary charges charged at bond refund. Never ever recommend Image Property to anyone. 4 Property Manager Changed in one year. This shows how they work. They said owner is not happy with gardens and they did take extra work from gardener and charging entire money from previous tenant bond refund. This company is full of drama. The old employees were good. If you want to be in stress but go with this one. Worst experience will never recommend anyone. The property manager provided us with false information, all miscommunication. We broke lease left the property on 28 Nov, lived only for a year the new tenants have moved in still we don’t get any bond back. Image have managed two of my properties in Logan for about four years and one of them has been allowed to deteriorate to such a state that it’s now going to cost us about $60k to $80k to repair. Thanks to Image’s utterly incompetent team, termite damage, water leaks and mould have been missed during inspections and have gotten so bad that the property now requires a major renovation just to make it liveable again.
