Currently dealing with Image Property as a tenant, we always pay our rent and have been told that we keep the property in excellent condition on every inspection. During the storms our unit got damaged so badly that it could be classified as unliveable. Can't even turn up to their own Property Inspections.
My daughter has rented from this agent for 10 months now and has not had a single inspection done. There was 1 organised once which got cancelled at the last minute. Things that need replacing/fixing are ignored as are emails and phone calls. The communication is shocking and the care factor nil. I would advise any property owner to not engage this agent in any capacity as they do not care. The Image property management group have employed many sneaky tactics of many different methods in an attempt to take extra money from tenants, including but not limited to: intentional misrepresentation of contract, the supposed re-cleaning of already cleaned & steamed carpets, nepotistically granted with no choice of company.
