Absolute clown organisation, lived in a property run by them for five years, during that time they 1) Never lodged original bond 2) Lost their set of house keys 3) Lied to owner about work done 4) Wasted thousands of dollars of owners money without ever improving house 5) Lost all their records 6) Came to almost every inspection wrong day. 7) Couldn’t keep track of rent payments. Would not recommend. Didn’t have a good experience selling my property with Jessica. If you have a price in mind stick to it - real estates make it out like it’s impossible to achieve when in fact it’s not. I lowered my price by 10k and still didn’t achieve the price I wanted.
