Worst real estate property management agent on the Sunshine Coast. Have made several complaints regarding rude, abusive, inconsiderate and disruptive neighbours and action has been taken. As an investor I would never recommend Image Property. All grievances fall on deaf ears.
Image Property are the worst agents I’ve encountered. We still have a water damaged ceiling and giant hole above the bathroom and it’s been going on for 3 months now. When we moved in the AC wasn’t working and they tried to guilt us into not getting it fixed because the poor owner couldn’t afford it. We also had to get the house mould treated twice due to water damaged that had been around for years. The house is a DIY reno and bathrooms are not even waterproofed. Don’t rent from them. Highly recommend to look else where. Image Property are extremely unprofessional and lack communication. The amount of emails and calls and text that were ignored. The property we moved into was infested with rats and they couldn’t care less. The would climb through thunder the house into the oven, gaps under the doors. Any crevice they could fit.
