This company is full of drama. The old employees were good. If you want to be in stress but go with this one. Worst experience will never recommend anyone. The property manager provided us with false information, all miscommunication. We broke lease left the property on 28 Nov, lived only for a year the new tenants have moved in still we don’t get any bond back. Image have managed two of my properties in Logan for about four years and one of them has been allowed to deteriorate to such a state that it’s now going to cost us about $60k to $80k to repair. Thanks to Image’s utterly incompetent team, termite damage, water leaks and mould have been missed during inspections and have gotten so bad that the property now requires a major renovation just to make it liveable again. Wouldn't recommend, absolutely try to scam you for money when you move out. Don't provide clear instructions even when you ask if anything else is required. Charge exorbitant prices for things that should not even be tenants charge. Don't bother getting a bond cleaner when vacating because they'll charge you for theirs anyway and won't provide the cleaner an opportunity to rectify and the cleaner won't refund you either so you get scammed twice.
Poor service, leased an old Queenslander for 12 months and had only one inspection for that entire time. Had over 4 Property management changes during that time. Maintenance requests were ignored and the end of lease report indicated general wear and tear which was reported to be damages. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS DODGY realestate WORST EVER !!! FAIL 1. House was a METH LAB previous to us moving in and never informed us knowing we had 3 small children!!! We found out from a tradesman who showed us pictures of the place, then told us police had the wear full body protection when going threw the house. FAIL 2. Have recently broken lease after renting through Image Property Aspley for years. When the property manager changed to Ellen Sifonios we started getting invoiced for water consumption. Thinking nothing of it, we paid these invoices for years, and even received an overdue demand notice for accidentally paying one of them 81c under, a phone call or email would have been less insulting.
