We have moved our business from Image Property West End. We've had two tenants renting our property and both times Image Property West End made huge mistakes. First they wrote a 5 month lease for one tenant, then for the second tenant they extended the lease date without informing us and today we found out they offered the existing tenant a renewal price $40 less than we had requested in writing. I feel sorry for our tenant! Totally incompetent.
Camp Hill have been an ongoing nightmare. We moved into a brand new build in March 2017. Had we known what we were in for, we would never had signed the lease. We still have maintenance requests from 9 months ago, and under legal advice, have just served several notices to remedy breach. It took them 2 1/2 months of requests to send a tradesman to look at a leaking shower, by which stage significant water incursion had occurred. Think twice before using this agency at Camp Hill. They promise alot but deliver nothing. They have huge staff problems who are very inexperienced. Their communication skills are poor with tenants, tradesmen and landlords experiencing problems. The list is long of the errors made by them from leases, entrance and exit reports etc etc. When I finally sent the email saying I was moving onto another agency I had a reply from Hayden in just over an hour. Pretty sad when u can't ring a property manager to advise you have withdrawn your application
Super unprofessional. Property managers are inexperienced and don't follow their own procedures and processes. I would never rent a property listed with them again and would highly recommend anyone considering to do so, abort immediately. Request for repairs or maintenance take weeks or even months and your bond will be tied up for weeks.
