Pretty sad when u can't ring a property manager to advise you have withdrawn your application
Super unprofessional. Property managers are inexperienced and don't follow their own procedures and processes. I would never rent a property listed with them again and would highly recommend anyone considering to do so, abort immediately. Request for repairs or maintenance take weeks or even months and your bond will be tied up for weeks.
Worst real estate I have ever dealt with. Absolutely disgusting. Serious lack of communication and urgency with important matters. They also tried to claim our entire bond through the RTA with no reason given and we are now dealing with a dispute. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT deal with this real estate.
Currently dealing with Image Property as a tenant, we always pay our rent and have been told that we keep the property in excellent condition on every inspection. During the storms our unit got damaged so badly that it could be classified as unliveable. The ceiling flows with water whenever there is rain now and there is a lot of water damage and probably mould growth inside the ceiling too. All of the walls have water damage to the paint. Can't even turn up to their own Property Inspections.
My daughter has rented from this agent for 10 months now and has not had a single inspection done. There was 1 organised once which got cancelled at the last minute. Things that need replacing/fixing are ignored as are emails and phone calls. The communication is shocking and the care factor nil. I would advise any property owner to not engage this agent in any capacity as they do not care.
