Worst experience ever in my life, would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, absolutely no way to contact them about complaints, only by email, which they never reply too. Very sketchy people operating the business and would not trust them as far as i could throw them. Look elsewhere for rentals.. They will rip you off!!!
I can honestly say this was the worst service ever and the worst experience too. The vehicle was disgustingly dirty. The electrics were broken and the doors were faulty too and therefore didn't lock leaving all our belongings at risk of theft. The company didn't want to address the issue and the complaints process has been extremely stressful. The 'manager' [name removed], never responds. I have had the worst ever experience ever with them and I am angry writing this and still I'm shaking. So I booked a camper 2 weeks ago online for a total of 6 days and double checked aswell by calling up the head office and they said that it was fine and they had the car available for those dates. Wicked Campers issued us a van that was not roadworthy. Our van literally fell apart as we were driving along a 100km highway - and what makes it even worse, the part of the van that fell out was literally labelled faulty so they knew it was dodgy when they put it in the van! After we nearly crashed, we then had to organize: emergency assistance, mechanic repair, AND alternative accommodation. Worst Company!! We hired one of their 3 sleeper mini campers picking up at Adelaide and dropping off to Melbourne. Unfortunately, we had a number of things wrong with our camper and we are extremely disappointed at the quality of the car we were provided. So we planned to travel down the great ocean road for the weekend. Phoned wicked campers yesterday and provided them with all our details and picked the LSD camper, the girl told me this camper was available and she would phone me today with the quote and send an email to confirm the booking. The off colour remarks and the appearance of the vehicles are totally inappropriate! On their website the word [word removed]!!! is written in texta on the inside of the vehicle, my daughter asked me what's a [word removed] daddy, she actually said that. Disgraceful, misogynistic and revolting. Who creates a company like this? Shame!
Hired a vehicle for 4 days. Received awful repulsive, bad service from Wicked Head Office staff [Names Removed] and disgustingly rude Manager [Name Removed] during an Emergency. Had to insist to have Wicked rude staff change cars for myself and kids 3 times in 4 days from Arlie Beach to Brisbane due to wicked un-roadworthy vehicle break downs! If you rent a camper van that is spray painted with graffiti here are the things you NEED TO KNOW - Much of the graffiti is quite offensive, lots of sex and drug references. - Many private campgrounds will not allow you to stay as they want to be seen as family friendly.
