Appointment delayed by staff illness but I was treated to a fine colour and cut by another stylist Always enjoy great coffee made by Lincoln delicious decaf latte and grace of service from all staff Set me up for a great big birthday I have been going to Off London for decades and so has my daughter who comes back from coast for her appointments Always good thoroughly recommended
