Got something totally different than what I’d asked, looked okay when styled in the salon but came back and found out after a wash that most hair is uneven and looks atrocious. Nothing like what I’d asked or not something good either. Needed to make an appointment elsewhere to fix this. Not the experience I expected!

Hair dresser didn't listen to instructions, by the time I had noticed he had already cut it way too short - After specifying I wanted a cut to keep growing my hair out. The back was uneven, and he didn't cut it properly to rest on top. So I essentially had a mullet at the base of my head, incredibly short sides and a long bit on top that didn't even rest nicely. He then proceeded to blow dry and comb my curly hair for about 15 minutes, wasting more of my time. Anyone with any common sense or knowledge of hair could have look... read more
