I always feel like a guest at Off London. The team are incredibly friendly, the vibe is wonderful and I'm always so happy with my haircut. The team really listen to what you want for your hair style and how this will fit into your lifestyle. It's very comforting to know that additional training is ongoing for staff and it's great hearing the team being so supportive of each other, asking for advice or second opinions. I love the barista made coffee and head massages too!

I have used Off London for 20 years and would trust no one else to do my hair. They are simply the best. This goes for all the staff I feel special and pampered when there. My hair cut and colour always lasts 3 months
