The team at Off London are BEYOND FABULOUS. I’d never been there before, but they responded immediately to a distraught phone call and got me in within an hour to help solve a hairdressing disaster inflicted on me elsewhere. They were really patient while we discussed my options, so understanding, and are obviously incredibly skilled in what they do. I felt so much better when we finished. I will never go anywhere else!

I have been coming to Off London for a few years now. Each time I walk through the door i am greeted with a big hello and smile. Not only is the atmosphere great so are the apprentices and stylists. Natalie is styling my hair now and each time I leave, I know that I’ll miss our chats and the fantastic haircut but know that, in a few weeks time I’ll be back again for another haircut and chat. All the staff are friendly, it’s a great place to visit and be made welcome.

Natalie is the best hairdresser in the biz! She always brings my dull, overgrown hair to life with an excellent treatment, expert cut and gorgeous blow dry. In addition, Natalie is the most lovely human so haircuts by her are always a fab experience!

Got something totally different than what I’d asked, looked okay when styled in the salon but came back and found out after a wash that most hair is uneven and looks atrocious. Nothing like what I’d asked or not something good either. Needed to make an appointment elsewhere to fix this. Not the experience I expected!

Hair dresser didn't listen to instructions, by the time I had noticed he had already cut it way too short - After specifying I wanted a cut to keep growing my hair out. The back was uneven, and he didn't cut it properly to rest on top. So I essentially had a mullet at the base of my head, incredibly short sides and a long bit on top that didn't even rest nicely.
