Every aspect of our dealings with Blake was totally professional. He knew how to present the property to its utmost potential and was always available to give us advice. He was very knowledgeable about the state of the market & property in the local area. He ensured the whole process of marketing and sales was seamless - always keeping us up to date and informed and available to take our calls. We had confidence that he was working in our best interests. Impressed. Would engage again
Business response:
Thank you so much to you and your family for entrusting me with the sale of this beautiful property. I'm delighted to hear how happy you were with our service and the result! Kind regards, Blake Stretton - Gittoes
Richard clearly showed that he knew yhe current local market. He was so accommodating and available to our requests when viewing the property. He responded very promtly to texts, calls and emails.
Blake's service was first rate. His advice about the sale was very much up to date. All details were dealt with by Blake even down to organising window and ouside house cleaning so that the worry and stress to me was minimised. Nothing was too much trouble. The sale was dealt with most efficiently with a fast and top rate result.
We put our home on the market while we were overseas so inspections could happen anytime and the house would remain presentable! Ben was really helpful throughout the process and in less than a week we were on the market. Ben was so patient with us and he was a great communicator, especially as we were in a different time zone! We entrusted him with our home and he was able to make it happen, achieving a fabulous price for us!
Stephen had an accurate understanding of the market and provided feedback after each inspection. I felt very confident with Stephen and had complete trust in him always.
Ingrid is an outstanding agent. Her knowledge is incredible. She was a pleasure to deal with and truly wanted a great outcome for all parties involved.

Thanks Matt. It was great to be able to identify what I thought was going to be the perfect fit for Nick & Rach!
Ingrid had a very thorough knowledge of the local market & was diligent in her work ethics, leaving nothing to chance. She has an impeccable eye for detail and happily, and in a timely manner, found a suitable buyer for our acreage. She kept me well informed of proceedings at each stage of the selling process. I can unequivocally recommend her as a reputable, honest and reliable Agent and would not hesitate to use her services again should the need arise.
Business response:

Richard was diligent, kept me informed and gave sound advice,
Richard did a great job from start to finish. From styling the unit to securing the sale, Richard was always professional and reliable. Despite our first buyer rescinding during cooling off, Richard secured another offer soon after. Highly recommend Richard and his team.
