Richard was fantastic from photos to settlement. Simply the best experience.
Richard was amazing in all ways. The first time I had to sell a house on my own and he guided me all the way and answered all my questions. Even offered help in any way he could to ease my burden. The outcome of the sale was unbelievable and I will be forever grateful to him for answering all my questions and patience with delays due to Covid at the time. Have no hesitation in recommending Richard to anybody buying or selling a property.
I would highly recommend Stephen Gittoes to anyone wishing to sell a home on the Central Coast because he is not only professional and honest, but also very thoughtful, meticulous, accommodating and patient. The advertising strategy was excellent and generated a lot of interest. Stephen clearly outlined the whole process, and provided regular updates on the number of enquiries and feedback from potential buyers. The house sold quickly and at a price that the family was very happy with.
Ingrid Osborn is extremely professional and always returned my calls promptly. Despite being busy, she made me feel that she was there to answer all my queries and to help in whatever way she could. She ensured that the house and garden was in the best shape possible prior to it going onto the market, and for settlement. I would highly recommend Ingrid to anyone else who is planning to sell their home as she is personable, knowledgeable and has great communication and negotiation skills.
