Richard has been instrumental in my property journey in Gosford. His knowledgel of the market, his honesty and his commitment have always made him stand out! I approached him recently in relation to the sale of a property I owned in Gosford following a nightmare experience with another Real Estate Agency. Ben is focused, personable and an excellent communicator and was always very prompt in returning calls, texting or ringing back usually within a couple of minutes (often within the minute). Ben was a great help in co-ordinating trades in tight time frames as we were prepping a house for sale in Niagara Park but were located in Sydney. Stayed on the ball during the project and negotiated a good sale five days after the property went on market. Thanks for your hard work Ben. Much appreciated :)
We viewed many homes being sold by Ingrid and from the first time we met her we really wanted her to be the agent we purchased from. Ingrid is a local to the Matcham area and her local market knowledge is second to none. Above all else though, ingrid is a genuine lovely person, always a pleasure to deal with and we couldn’t have been happier with the home we purchased from her.
