From the first meeting, Blake was amazing. He explained the marketing and sales process, offered advice and was always available for any questions I had. He kept me constantly updated following viewings of my property and within a very short period achieved a fantastic result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blake and his team to anyone wanting to sell their property.
Stephen has helped us to sell our property and then recently we purchased our new dream home with him before it even hit the market. He and his team are a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too difficult. They even helped my son find a rental in this difficult market. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking to buy or sell on the Central Coast.
Blake was fantastic to work with. He was honest, realistic, knowledgeable, and communicated well and regularly. He made the process of selling our first home as stress-free as possible. I will be recommending Blake to all friends and family looking to buy/sell in the area. Thanks again Blake!
My siblings and I were given the task of having to sell our parents home after moving them into care. We interviewed with several agents and found that Ben really listened to our story. He included my siblings in all communications after our initial meeting, with no request from me to do so.I found Ben, and his team, to be thoughtful, clear in their intent and communications.
We recently chose Blake Stretton from Gittoes to handle the sale of our Greenpoint villa. We found him to be professional, prompt and trustworthy, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. His effective communication skills and pleasant manner made him a pleasure to deal with. Blake’s knowledge of the market, and his care and consideration, ensured we had a positive experience with an excellent outcome. We would highly recommend Blake and his team from Gittoes East Gosford.
Ingrid's customer service was exemplary in every way. Everything that she did to facilitate the house sale was done at an extraordinarily high level. Hard working, extremely efficient and effective and also very respectful, caring and sensitive. Ingrid showed exceptional commitment to the sale of my house. Her after sale followup has been amazing.
Business response:
Thank you Margaret, I was grateful that I could support you through the preparation process and then the sale of your property. I know that it was a challenging time for you. Always here for you!
If your thinking of buying or selling on the coast we cannot recommend Gitteos and in particular Blake as an agent. It’s not often you can say in earnest that you have found an agent who communicates with such integrity that you can trust implicitly. Blake was all of those things and more. It was an absolute pleasure to have you as our agent and we are delighted with everything as a buyer and a seller. Look no further than Blake and the team at Gitteos if you are truly after 5 star service.
Blake was great with his communication throughout and always pro active . He made The stressful journey of selling amd buying a house very manageable.
Ben was fantastic, He made us feel very comfortable and confident on our journey. A true professional and his ability to cater to our needs showed that. Would highly recommend him to any family or friends.
