We did not understand the current property market and were totally reliant on Richards guidance. He was great to deal with and very professional.
My first sale, though it was nerve-racking, Richard and his team made the experience a whole lot easier with good communication, well-planned strategy and excellent execution. Richard demonstrated excellent historical and unfolding knowledge of the other properties comparable to ours and was unfailingly transparent in his pricing advice. Despite our sale being during a declining market with rising interest rates and declining consumer confidence we were satisfied with the sell price. Richard was reliably communicative throughout.
I was really impressed with Blake from the moment I opened the door. His manners were impeccable and he made me relax straight away. Blake was always on time, very knowledgeable about the area, and understood that selling my house was an emotional journey.

Richard did a great job selling our property.
