Ben is very efficient and clear with communications and updates. Easy and Approachable to deal with. Would happily recommend. Great job, thanks Ben!!
Trent was such a knowledgeable, funny and trust worthy agent. He made our first time selling a really exciting and overall a positive experience. Our house sold within a few days and we were stoked as we wanted a quick sale. He made us feel very confident and informed in our all decisions, also gave us any advice we needed in regards to the property we were buying. We would 100% love to work with Trent again and defiantly recommend him to anyone selling.
The Richard and the all other staff at the Gittoes agency were so helpful through the whole process of purchasing my property. Being my first apartment the whole process was new to me and I felt out of depth however the knowledge of Richard and the team guided me through with answering all my questions. Very knowledgeable and reliable, could not have done it with out them!
Richard showed a great knowledge of the complex with all its pluses and minuses. He is a great negotiator, knowledgeable about the market, answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend him to others!
Great communication. reliable and easy to work with. Was helpful every step of the way through my sale, and his market knowledge was admirable.
Richard has great knowledge of Gittoes and other Agents properties too. He is very friendly and easy to talk with. Unlike a number of Agents these days he in fact listens to the prospective buyer, and then works hard trying, and in my case succeeding, in fulfilling the buyers particular property needs.
I have had dealings with Richard. I have always found him to be knowlegable, professional and courteous, but above all, his integrity stands out for me!
Ben has excellent knowledge of market and was more than happy to answer any questions we had during the sale/settlement period.
Richard and Matt have a very good knowledge of our complex, unit types, sizes and locations as well as our area of Gosford, as a result they have closed many deals smoothly and efficiently. The Gittoes back office and managing agents are also very helpful and knowledgable so the end of tenancy, clean-up and refurbishment all went very smoothly. My place was well presented and achieved a good value price. well done and thanks!
