Richard has a very good understanding of the market and was very clear on the approach and expectations when it came to selling the property. He also took the time to understand our position and expectations regarding the sale of the property. Then all the steps were clear through the process of marketing, listing, and showing the property through to the final negotiation and sale, which was completed in a clear and professional manner.
I’d highly recommend Trent as an agent. He was efficient at keeping us updated on the progression of our sale, organised in effectively marketing the property and genuinely invested in the process of selling. I’d definitely recommend him to family and friends.
From the outset , I knew i had the right man to assist with securing the property I needed. Yes there were complexities along the way however Richard was professional , transparent,thorough & calming which is what you need during the buying / selling process.
