Ben was professional but approachable. His knowledge of the local market was second to none. Ben kept us in the loop and was always quick to find the answer to any questions we had. Ben helped us buy an amazing home and then was able to sell ours after only one viewing. Highly recommend Ben for buying and selling on the central coast.
A lovely person to deal with. Understood what we wanted and didn't waste our time on irrelevant properties. Informed and professional. Very punctual and helpful at all stages of our purchase. One of the best agents we have dealt with over the years. Highly recommended.
We purchased a property through Stephen's agency. I found Stephen and Ingrid to be clear communicators, they understood what we were looking for and found it. I'm sure the vendor did well out of us!
Business response:
Make no mistake you have bought a wonderful piece of Australia and we can’t wait to see what you guys build there. We also look forward to welcoming you both into the Matcham Holgate community. Always working for our vendors, but making our buyers/future vendors happy as well, that’s what we do.
Stephen was wonderful to work with. He sold my 2.5 acre home in 3 weeks, in a challenging market. He made everything very easy to navigate so that the final decision was easy and comfortable. Stephen was always available and helpful, I wouldn’t work with anyone else on the Central Coast/Matcham area.
Business response:
Thank you for the opportunity of selling your home. It was great working with you and we wish you all the very best for the future.
Stephen Gittoes is an exceptional Real Estate Agent and I was so pleased with the help and support leading up to the sale of my Point Frederick home. Stephen was very helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend Stephen Gittoes to anyone wishing to sell.
Business response:
We know you’re sad to leave such a stunning location, but we sure the future is bright for you. Thank you again for choosing Gittoes to sell your home.
Ingrid is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about buyer feedback and always let us know as soon as a new buyer opportunity, going above and beyond to present our home in the best possible light. She was honest and forthright- no games, incredibly trustworthy. After dealing with several other agents in the Matcham / Central Coast area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find such an amazing agent.
I felt comfortable with Ingrid through the whole process of selling our home, she kept me informed and went above and beyond to answer any queries I had. She is extremely professional and I knew our home was in the best hands. She received a fantastic result and I will always be grateful.
