Big thanks to Ben for his assistance in our recent property purchase in Narara. Ben was always very professional, prompt and helpful. Muilple private viewings were no drama. Quick to return calls and emails between vendors assisting for a seamless purchase. Highly recommend Ben. Thankyou again
Worked very well with potential purchasers on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble. Good communication regarding progress of potential sales.
This is the 2nd Real Estate transaction I have had the pleasure working with Richard on, both as a purchaser and vendor. He is professional, honest, reliable and works with integrity when dealing with vendors and purchasers alike. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard and the team at Gittoes if you are looking buy, sell or for property management services. Thanks again for all your assistance.
Richard was extremely professional, reliable and knowledgeable and he achieved a great result for our family. He kept us updated every step of the way and was always happy to answer any questions. We're so appreciative of his time and effort and would highly recommend Richard to anyone.
Blake Stretton is a real estate agent who can be trusted! Have dealt with him a few times, & he is genuinely eager, to achieve the best result for all parties. It’s always a pleasure, even in the most stressful moments, to know Blake is in charge!
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kind words! It was a pleasure working with you and I'm thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience. Regards, Blake Stretton - Gittoes
Richard has an outstanding grasp of the Central Coast Property Market. He is also a builder developer as well and has a vast amount of knowledge relating to due diligence and liaising with the various parties involved in selling a property. This then is his greatest asset his ability to smooth out any difficulties which may arise. Richards diplomacy is award-winning. Thank you Richard for selling the property quickly and in a down market.
My recent transaction with Stephen Gittoes and Ingrid Medlicot was an absolute pleasure, as agents they were extremely professional and I doubt there would be another two agents that would know Matcham as well as these two. My purchase went really smoothly, with constant communication about where I was in the process, they were true to their word and did what they said they would do. I would be more than happy to speak to any potential vendors or purchasers about the positive experience I had.
Business response:
It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and we look forward to welcoming you into the Matcham Holgate community
Richard was able to sell my unit whilst the market was up and down. Richard communicated at every point during the process and explained clearly what was happening in the market to allow me to make a sound decision to take the offer. Richard knows the Gosford area and the market very well. Recommend him any day to purchase from or help sell your property.
Looked at many places, been to a few open homes run by Gittoes. I went to see a place and later Ben mentioned an off market opportunity. Nothing was too much trouble. Ben, always helpful, polite, professional and punctual. We bought this house. We love it. It took us a while, but I never felt like I was wasting Ben's time. A result of patience and persistence, he found the right place for us. Recommend Ben highly to deal with.
