we just had our rug cleaned to sell on, it got delivered straight to the people that purchased the rug and they were absolutely disgusted in the job! the amount of dirt and fur that came out AFTER the rug was ment to be cleaned! and smelt of wet dog. we have sent messages to "who who" and they have just ignored us! save yourself time, money and headaches go to ANYONE ELSE! Absolutely disgusted.
absolutely descusting went from $149 to $180 to sorry but should be $220 is now $320. after a quoted price of $180.... to receive a dirty rug that was picked up by new new owners at the front gate.. straight from your delivery van to the new owners. and its dirty and full of fur from a different animal... not happy at all.

Unprofessional - single unassisted pick up and poor advice. There is an assumption you will help load into a van and unload. We were told after payment to remove stains we should have paid for a deep clean. We cleaned the rug better with dish soap and a mild gurney on our sloping driveway.
I had cream shaggy style rug that had discoloured with dirt and grime and it’s come back from WhoWho looking clean again! They did have a delay which they called and explained so I was kept on the loop. Clean rug, very good customer service so happy customer here😊
I wouldn’t waste your money. I contacted this company with the goal to get stains out of my rug and I made that very clear from the get go, sending them emails, texts and photos. They had a customer satisfaction guarantee and said that they would assess the rug. It was expensive but I thought I had nothing to lose with the guarantee in place. They cleaned the rug and then ‘assessed’ it AFTER it was ‘cleaned’. They then asked for a further $385 to get the stains out. They already charged $266!!! Their ‘not a worry, custom... read more
I have been stuffed around now by this company for 2 weeks. I booked online for a Saturday as their booking advises that Saturdays are available before then being told after a week that they dont work Saturdays. I then booked in the following week to be called mid morning on the day they were due to come that they now can't. Would not recommend at all
I sent the rug off as it was matted in some areas - after a week it came back and was still matted. They say there is nothing they can do about that. Waste of time and money. Refused refund even though it says 100% satisfaction guarantee. Removed my comments from their ad- product review shows the real comments from this company.
I really cannot recommend Who Who carpet cleaning enough! I bought my shaggy rug last year in April which was very costly and of course with having two kids, they destroyed it with food, stains, foot traffic, you name it! We were originally going to purchase a new one but thought we’d try cleaning it first. Much to my surprise, the carpet looked exactly the way it did when I first purchased it, and the beige colour was bright again and not dark pink!
