I had a quote to clean car leather and carpet $236 for my car , ( not cheap that’s for sure) Made an appointment , They then phoned to say they couldn’t make it after I had arranged the day around them , BAD SERVICE
I wouldnt use them again i think my carpets and mattress look worse and definately wernt dry the same day :( also they used my water and machine was louder than any other i have ever used 😡
Stop cold calling constantly
Seriously bad business practise! Gave us a 4 hour time frame to come do pest control, 15 minute before the cut off time is when we got a call to say they’d be late. We rescheduled for 2 days later, were told we’d be first job of the day at 7.30.... 8.30 that morning they were still no show! When we called we were told our booking was actually for 9. What a crock.
Booked this Company, & they sent a Confirmation message to my mobile, rang them @ 8.34 this morn. to say I would be 5mims late getting to my Daughter House as she was having her Lounge & a Rug cleaned by this Company, I rang again at 9.00 to be told they would ring me back, I then had to ring them again @ 10.05 & ask where were they, was asked if I wanted to reschedule "No I don't" as a Technician was sick & a Van had broken down, (Why did'nt they ring me & tell me this) they rang me at 10.15 saying they could'nt do the job ... read more
