Not only did they come pick it up, drop it off but also called me to say when they were coming and when they were dropping it off. The rug is all clean, smells great and feels brand new. RecommendedI had never considered sending my rug for a professional clean. I thought it’d be “all too hard”. However, I decided to give Who Who a go after seeing an advert pop up on Facebook. I am so glad I saw that advert and so glad I reached out to them. They are absolutely fabulous. Great service with pick up and delivery and fantastically friendly and helpful.
