got my rug back yesterday and popped it on the floor today.. soooo disappointed I had one dirty mark from shoes sitting in the same spot every night.. Just received my rug back. Still dirty in places. Not happy at all. Was told they would return to clean it again on site but I had to pay 100 to keep MY rug. On one hand tells me the stain will not come out and then on the other says they’ll send someone out to fix and then I have to pay the balance. TheY have my credit card details now and I will be furious if they charge me the balance. On what planet do you have to pay for something that is not repaired or cleaned properly? This company is highly professional. My very large shag pile rug is about five years old was very sad looking. Incredibly after being washed by WHO WHO it looks new and feels thicker to walk on. I have no hesitation in recommending WHO WHO.

We had two rugs cleaned by them. They LOST one rug and we havent been compensated yet. To replace this rug costs $8000 but they are only offering us 1/3 of the cost to replace it. The second rug was returned out of shape .I would NOT recommend them!

Had our 2 metre x 3 metre shaggy rug dropped back two days ago. Amazing and just like brand new (purchased 2013). Had it cleaned in house a few years ago and the shaggy was flat and just dull ever since. Must be the way Woo Hoo dry it because the shag pile is standing up just like when we bought it. The backing was damaged when we sent it to them which they identified and rang to see if I want it fixed (which I did for a small additional fee). Had a Great first experience getting my Matt cleaned, Booking and Communication was fantastic and the entire process I couldn't fault Booked for Carpet cleaning on a Friday, Got a call halfway between the allocated time to be told the technician was running late ( No Biggie) was advised he would arrive around 4pm-4.30pm, Then received another call at 4.30pm to advise he was still held up and wouldn't make it. I had a huge thick shag rug that had moved so many times . It was just filthy ... came back so clean and fresh . definitely worth cleaning . not bad for a 15 year old rug.

Saw the ad on FB and gave them a call. Spoke to Anthony who gave me drop off info. Went to do drop off next day and they had no record I was coming. Spoke to Swathy who contradicted Anthony with the process and gave me details + took payment. Then phone call next day from Jasmine who contradicted Swathy about cleaning time and collection date.
