I sent the rug off as it was matted in some areas - after a week it came back and was still matted. They say there is nothing they can do about that. Waste of time and money. Refused refund even though it says 100% satisfaction guarantee. Removed my comments from their ad- product review shows the real comments from this company.
RecommendedI really cannot recommend Who Who carpet cleaning enough! I bought my shaggy rug last year in April which was very costly and of course with having two kids, they destroyed it with food, stains, foot traffic, you name it! We were originally going to purchase a new one but thought we’d try cleaning it first. Unfortunately despite my rug being mould damaged it appears it was also ripped during the cleaning process. I was advised of mould damage which I'm happy with the removal however at no point did they tell me it had a huge hole in the rug. they are now blaming the mould for the hole despite the rest of the rug showing no signs of wear after the treatment. Make sure you check your items carefully before payment as they will not bring this to your attention.

Arrived to collect them and dropped them back at the time they said. They made it very easy, I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Highly recommend.

This company took my rug to clean and return and it came back completely filthy. They convinced me to give them a second chance by stating “a refund is not in their policy” and collected it a week later only to return it the following week in exactly the same condition! It was as though no one even touched my rug. I used the service 2 weeks ago. They even didn’t clean the basic stains!!! And for the carpet left totally vet. Now all the house smells like urine. I am not recommend this service to anyone. I used the carpet cleaning before and this was my first bad experience
