Fantastic customer service! Technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient!! My tiles, grout and carpet look like new!!! I haven't seen a pest for months!!! 5 star quality and will definitely be a returning customer!!!!

Very disappointed. Booked in over a week ago for pest control. Didn't turn up. couldn't find address or booking. Wouldn't reccomend.

We spent $188 and our quality rug came back ruined, with a number of thin webby patches.

Constant harassing calls from these guys wanting more business. Used them once, due to harrassing calls no longer. Be prepared to be called multiple times a month from these guys after you use them.

I read the reviews about carpet cleaning and decided to go with Who Who and I am very dissatisfied with their overall service. They ruined my $2000 wool rug. The only evidence of the rug being cleaned was the strong chemical smell but the light traffic stain was made more prevalent and the rug had been stretched, not to mention the clean label was completely removed. Customer service is truly abysmal. Firstly no phone call to advise me they were 30 minutes away before arriving. Then when the carpet cleaner told me my rug would be back on a particular day and time, I get a text informing me it would be 5 days later - scheduled for delivery while I was on holidays. I contacted the technical team who told me I was wrong about the date/time even though I had overheard the conversation between the carpet cleaner and the office. I suggest going somewhere else.

Save yourself the money. I paid a lot of money to have two rugs cleaned. I wasn’t happy with the results so I went to Bunnings and hired a rug wash machine for a fraction of the cost. After I cleaned the first rug, the water that came out was nearly black. I was disgusted. It seemed they hadn’t even cleaned them. Both rugs were filthy still. When I contacted them they told me I was outside the 7day period (it was day 9 as I hadn’t had a chance to unroll and check the rugs) so they wouldn’t do anything about it. NOT SO WONDERFUL after all. WhoWho did carpeting with tepid water left floors very wet for DAYS and turned mouldy in one room. THEY ARE IGNORING ME and have made NO EFFORT to ask about the problem which I totally informed them about on 3 occasions, in writing. I may have to go to Office of Fair trading to get this sorted. On pick up viewing I was told it could be cleaned but has returned with surface flecks of dirt in it and stains still there. Perhaps the pick up crew should be more across what can and cannot be achieved? They changed the delivery date/ time numerous times, once sending a text late morning when I had already taken time off work to be there - no compensation offered for these last minute changes. For the amount this cost, I am disappointed with result and service.
