Damaged a very expensive rug during cleaning process. When a complaint was made, they allegedly “lost” the photos taken prior to cleaning. Requests to have the matter addressed were continually ignored. We are now pursuing the matter through the Office of Fair Trade and QCAT. Be warned! They took no personal responsibility and fraudulently claim to have lost the evidence that supported the claim. Should have their license revoked
Very unhappy refuse to listen to time frame requested, then Harass and call nonstop very un professional won’t use them again Very poor communication also
RecommendedThey were helpful efficient and good customer skills. They also did a great job cleaning my shaggy rug. Am buying a new leather lounge so keeping who who in mind if I want it cleaned one day .
Never ever let them near your leather couches. Terrible. Ruined mine. Rug clean was great. Thats what they are good at only.
RecommendedHad rug for 4 years and could only carpet clean myself as shag rug. Found who who and for $148 rug like new. Amazing fresh smelling like new rug. Picked up from my house one week and delivered back the following week.

I left a message yesterday afternoon after I unwrapped my rug and I have received no reply. The stains have not been removed at all.
Service is great and the team collecting and dropping off the rugs are lovely but my rug is in worse shape than it started out. It was washed once and when it arrived dirt and leaves fell out everywhere so it was taken back again. We received it back and it stinks soo bad, like a wet dog. Not willing to try again.
RecommendedDidn’t realize how dirty the 10 year old lounges were 😅. 6 lounges and 2 mattresses later - I wanted to give the guy a trophy!!!
