An excellent manager. SSKB’s Community Manager, Hannah Pascoe, is a delight to deal with. She is always on the ball reminding the Body Corporate Committee of important matters and helping to resolve owner issues. It can be difficult at times to manage sensitive matters and difficult people; Hannah has proven her professionalism by taking such tasks in her stride.

Professional and very Prompt Amara Collins I have been dealing with Amara Collins (Assistant Community Manager) in Cairns regarding a major water leak at one of the properties that I manage. Amara has been absolutely awesome throughout the whole process, she has kept me updated everyday and she is was very prompt in organising plumbers to identify and attend to the issue.
