An excellent manager. SSKB’s Community Manager, Hannah Pascoe, is a delight to deal with. She is always on the ball reminding the Body Corporate Committee of important matters and helping to resolve owner issues. It can be difficult at times to manage sensitive matters and difficult people; Hannah has proven her professionalism by taking such tasks in her stride.

ALL our dealings with Oliver, have been met with great understanding in a difficult BC situation. Oliver has listened, given us tips & offered help in negotiations with the BC. Professional and very Prompt Amara Collins I have been dealing with Amara Collins (Assistant Community Manager) in Cairns regarding a major water leak at one of the properties that I manage. Amara has been absolutely awesome throughout the whole process, she has kept me updated everyday and she is was very prompt in organising plumbers to identify and attend to the issue. Outstanding, Professional Customer Service In my capacity as Treasurer of our BC I work closely with SSKB's Community Managers. Until recently, Ella Baker was our Manager. Action issues quickly, and communicates! My dealings with SSKB have been consistently positive. There is not one amongst their staff I've worked with who has failed to deliver professional service. Hannah Pascoe comes to mind, as she and I have worked through some difficult issues recently, and in different projects. Hannah never leaves me hanging. Very professional SSKB are managing our Body Corporate at the southern end of the Gold Coast for the first time. It is a block of 7 units. We are very pleased with their management and their availability.
