Professional, friendly and great service For over ten years I have had various dealings with different Property managers from SSKB and on all occasions each and everyone one of them has provided a high standard of service. The information they provide is clear and concise. They provide guidance which is to the betterment of anyone who has engaged or is thinking of engaging there services. SSKB is a large Business that has exceptional staff at the coalface.

Another 3 year contract awarded to SSKB Grove On Grand at Forest Lake in Brisbane is now 11 years old.Having had SSKB as our Strata Managers for all of that time has proven to be our biggest Investment. We have agreed to extend a further 3 year contract till 2022. SSKB Professional We have been in our unit for over a year, and SSKB ( Cassie)is our strata manager. I am on the committee and regularly liaise with SSKB. Great Manager - Tania Stewart Being a building manager, there's nothing more important to have a switched-on body corporate manager on the team. Tania is one of the most switched-on body corporate manager I have worked with. She not just follow up with the works pending, but also will follow through with all the standards and procedures. I do not need to worry if she has forgotten about certain things as she is always getting back to me on the issues I brought up.
