Excellent Service I have found SSKB, in particular Brendan and Rachael, to be nothing short of fantastic - this includes knowledge, advice and taking care of our building issues. Meetings are always well structured and emails are responded to in a timely manner. Thank you guys for everything you do for us, it is greatly appreciated!
Quick Quality Service Anytime we have had a body corporate issue either Brendan or Rachael have always been on top of things and are quick to get things done.
I wrote to [Name Removed] our general manager at calypso bay 2 months ago regarding our complaint to which the manager handled very unprofessionally. I received an email saying they would review and get back to us? WhT a crock We are now in possession of further statements and docs including the last minutes that suggest there is something wrong at Calypso Bay and the approvals/ decision's being made. SSKB are just administrators for the big guys and middle men that are powerless other than to charge us money for a very poor service. Terrible service from sub standard BC Manager It is most unfortunate to have to continually write negative reviews about the very poor service that lot owners received from this second-rate BC manager, legislation is that minutes of committee meetings shall be released to lot owners within 21 days, last committee meeting of September 2024 were released this week 12 November 2024. SSKB treat lot owners with complete contempt, at least they're consistent.
Exasperating Strata manager mismanaged what should have been a straightforward insurance claim. Zero consultation, zero communication, dishonest, blame shifting and irresponsible spending.
[Name Removed] is a lier in IL Villaggio and cause complex financial deficit! [Name Removed] is an owner of our complex from 2021. She joined committee and used all owners fund for all un budget costs include legal cost and consultant fee around $20,000. She acted with other 2 committee member controlled the whole complex funding from 2022. She set up under budget 2023 complex admin fund. Noooooo someone has complained about vote counting, I would like to inform you that the person that wrote that complaint has been at the centre of all the controversy in our complex since they moved in... just recently has driven our complex into bankruptcy, then resigns from body corporate and now is trying to blame everybody.. 18 owners voted SSKB to come in and try and save our complex from these people. Please SSKB help us
Negative, unhelpful. New to SSKB and am shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed by email from senior strata managers who choose to TYPE RESPONSES TO OWNERS IN ALL CAPS??!!! Pretty sure yelling at your clients isn’t great for business.
