Prompt, courteous, and efficent Danielle, was able to provide me with the details of the company that I needed to contact for an additional requirement. Over the last 6 months Danielle, has guided our staff and always returned calls promptly and sent information, answered e-mails concisely.
Very professional SSKB are managing our Body Corporate at the southern end of the Gold Coast for the first time. It is a block of 7 units. We are very pleased with their management and their availability.
Early Days after six months of SSKB asistance...heading towards Excellent In the Estate Body Corporate at Peregian Springs of some 250 houses (SE Village Ridges CTS 46052) incorporating around 350 residences, both duplex and dual key, I have personally found SSKB generally and Brendan Edwards and Rachael Chapman specifically to be very helpful and guiding to a young owner-committee majority on our Subsidiary Body Corporate.
Totally Satisfied with SSKB Maroochydore Branch Six years ago we approached SSKB to take over managing our Body Corporate. Brendan started with virtually no previous records. He has done a wonderful job. A few years ago Rachael took over Brendan's job and continues to provide us with excellent service/skills/information. Nothing ls too difficult. 100% SSKB

Quality, fast service I am the Chairman of a Body Corporate on the Sunshine Coast which had a number of challenges and required some drastic action to restructure and refocus the Committee. They are very competent and always very quick to respond to any queries we may have also very accomodating when it comes to planning meeting venues.
