cheating In order to get the business, the project manager Tania Stewart of SSKB teamed up with some committee members fraudulent the voting result. The vote count did not match the actual votes, and she refused to provide the owners tally to confirm after the owners request many times.

After my initial poor review I was contacted by our calypso bay manager to discuss our problem and then her manager I was asked to take the poor review down to which I did. My experience I have written to these agents on more than one occasion and never receive a response. You may be questioning a charge or a statement made by them referencing reports they are meant to have had performed...all met with silence.
Make life difficult Used the app to check fees. States outstanding fee. Was paid. Maintenance bill sent that was paid. Keep sending same bill for one job as they charged for work that wasn't done and had to come back and charged again. Which we won't pay. Didn't have anybody answering our email for a month. Charged us monthly fee but didn't notify us that the person looking after us left and nobody had been allocated. Watch your money.
Implicit discrimination ! Implicit rasicist made me totally disappointed! As a owner, as well as paying almost 1k per annum, treat me as a piece of crap! Two times email as well as calling requests, unfortunately still No replied at all! One of their staff~[Name Removed], is the worst customer service agent I've never ever experienced on previous!
Disorganised, unco-operative and inadequately trained Tweed Heads staff need to: 1. understand and comply with legislation 2. acknowledge and correct mistakes 3. respond fully to correspondence 4. not withhold information 5. not criticise and/or yell at clients 6. behave as professionals
Poor customer service Received timely email to query however information provided via email did not provide the correct information. Payment screen did not work and online chat did not work. Attempting to call but on hold for who knows how long. Overall very disappointing.
Yet to receive a timely response to emails. I have contacted SSKB 3 times via email and never had a response. When you have no choice but to call, standard message is "our emails are overflowing". In late January I was told they were still catching up on Xmas emails. I question the positive comments here.... Are committee members getting VIP treatment?
Difficult to work with This company are pathetic. They offer no help whatsoever and make things harder at every opportunity.
