Worst of worst This would have to be on top 3 worst body corporates. Don't answer emails in timely fashion. Don't send information about there charges when requested. Out of office more than in. I could go on but can't wait till our contact ends soon. Would not recommend.
Poor communication Emails are not titled correctly and billing is inconsistent. Due to misleading emails, spam emails and changing the sender’s name to “Committe Control P.” which is not recognisable and filters to ‘junk’, SSKB Maroochydore is directly responsible for the loss of a $4m recreation club due to the mishandling of a vote to ensure the asset was transferred to residents.
unacceptable service this company does illigal practices they also do not allow owners of the unit complex that they manage take legal action against them
Complete and Utter Incompetence when Billing Administrative error when billing the Body Corporate levy. My household was not billed for 9 months following SSKB's transition from paper to email bills (which was also not communicated to me). They did not once attempt to confirm or check my email address was accurate, and billed my levies to the wrong email address for nine months without once attempting to contact me or determine whether I was receiving the bills. Poor Management Avoidance of actual management. Poor communication with community. Generally disinterested in the properties and accounts managed. Far too much money being charged to communities for such little service.
SSKB Melbourne should be avoided at all costs I am on the OC of a 50 apartment building. After a bad experience with previous managers as an OC we sought out the services of SSKB based on their positive reviews. Beware residents- Inaccurate billing by SSKB….again - administrative error by SSKB Maroochydore to not bill our household for 8 months. SSKB switched to online billing. We were completely unaware they had been sending bills to wrong email when they made this switch (THEIR admin error!!!) -They also had been adding interest and charged to unpaid bills that we had NEVER been billed for. —Inaccurately entered our email address into their system. Bad advice, ignoring our legal advice. We have an ongoing battle with companies trying to take over the committee of a community. The community is continually given bad advice by sskb which has had dire consequences. If this continues vulnerable people will loose their only home. When everything is going well and not complex sskb might be ok. But when the pressure is on they fail their customers - the private owners.
