Kent came today to deal with my hot water system and to deal with a tap in my kitchen. The tap proved to be a very stubborn issue but he persisted and resolved the problem after many hours. He was friendly knowledgeable and left my place clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Kent

The office staff were very helpful in arranging a booking to suit my needs and when Matthew the plumber arrived he was able to isolate the problem, source the parts for our model unit and make the repair in good time. I would highly recommend Reactive Plumbing for their excellent service.

Hi Matt explained everything to me and I understood the plumbing that needs to be fixed . With every sewage blockage there is smell . Matt tried to clean the mess but couldn’t. Maybe reactive plumbing needs proper cleaning equipment to clean toilet paper mess on the grass Anyway something to think about . I was happy wit Matt he is very polite and would recommend him. I’ll ask our office to call you now so we can come and disinfect the area for you once Sydney Water has cleared their blockage in their main. Cheer, Ben
