From our first call for help to fix a split pipe behind a wall, the Reactive Plumbing guys were awesome! Logan made the 1st visit within a couple of hours and identified the issue, then gave us a short term solution for the weekend, then on the Moday Napolean arrived and persevered through a brick wall until he found the problem and fully fixed it. Christian did an excellent job fixing our bath/shower mixer cartridge and installing pressure reducing valve. He was quick and thorough. Everyrhing was conpleted efficiently and to a high standard. Very professional and reliable - I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

Reactive Plumbing did a professional, efficient, and tidy installation for my new hot water tank. They were quiet, respectful, and clearly knew how to do their job. More than just a simple swap — they brought everything up to current Australian standards and explained everything rather well. While the cost was a wee bit in the higher side, but for the quality of work it was worth it for the peace of mind that it brought. Would recommend for great quality work!
