Joshua from Reactive Plumbing & Drains was very efficient and professional. Walking me through the plumbing issue supported by technology he used for inspection. Josh was available to fix the issues at hand as well as attend to new problems identified. There was no need to wait for a return visit. Ensuring I was able to move forward from this issue with confidence it was all rectified, and my water issues were solved.
Job 121016718 kiano and Nick did a great job and kiano finished today. Great bloke to deal with and we are very happy with the results. To be honest we were a bit sceptical about the product but it is fantastic. These blokes worked through ipswich heat and then rain till about 7:30 at night to get our water back on. Turned out we needed under sink taps installed ( which were never installed in the original house build to enable water turn off in kitchen area !) So overall glad we got it professionally installed . Xavier was upfront with costing and was very professional. Pleased with the installation and would recommend
Our hot water system replacement was finished today by chad . All staff involved were courteous and the completed hob was neat and tidy.
Jaidyn did a great job to get our wc back up and running. Provided detailed advice about different options and the cost involved. So we felt confident how to proceed. Would call them again.
