Our job was particularly challenging because the hot water system was located in a small laundry space. To gain access Zac removed the washing machine and dryer from the combined laundry and bathroom area, treating our property with great respect. He kept us informed throughout the work and helped us to avoid additional electrical costs, which we greatly appreciated. Zac was outstanding and highly professional. I would gladly recommend Reactive Plumbing. Thank you Lyn from Robina
Made a booking with reactive plumbing and Cameron replaced flexi hoses underneath basin in 2 bathrooms. I found Cameron to be very polite and professional. He did an outstanding job removing old copper piping and installing emergency taps very neat and tidy work and left areas clean when he was done. He also quoted up some other work and explained things very clearly. I would recommend reactive plumbing what you see is what you get nothing hidden no extra charges the price is the price.

I am a tradie and work the graveyard shift, so at 7am I am extremely tired and obviously not thinking properly, these guys took me for $3193.35 for 1 pressure valve, 4 x isolation valves and 2 x elbows plus about 3.5 hours work (time padded out is was actually less, I have cameras so timed it)… that’s very very pricy! Works out over $700 per hour after materials!!! I originally just wanted 2 elbows and 1 isolation valve replacing, their pushy sales and non itemised invoice certainly changed that… Nothing wrong with their wor... read more
Jess on reception was most pleasant to talk to. Plumber arrived on time and was very professional and helpful with advice and replacing our solar water heater.
Job number 58467 was a challenging water leakage under the house which does not have underground access. Reactive were very responsive in locating and repairing the leak. Quite a few plumbers worked here and all were professional and communicative. Also appreciated how clean the area was when completed. Only one for thing to do in place a new tile in the kitchen.
Super easy to deal with, on time and did a good job. I did have a query about an item on the invoice and they came back to me and it was resolved quick and easy. I would recommend Reactive Plumbing if you have an issue that is urgent and need to be dealt with professionally.
Business response:
Thanks for the great review Kiti We're glad to hear everything was easy from start to finish and that we could quickly sort out your invoice query. We really appreciate your recommendation and are pleased we could help.
