Tried to change washers in shower and failed as I didn’t know it had an extension internally. Needed a plumber fast. Obviously I had to turn off the water and couldn’t turn it back on until it was fixed. Called at 8.30am and Logan Hoare was here 9am. Logan was very professional and explained the issues. He fixed both taps. It’s a public holiday and to have someone come so quickly was awesome and very much appreciated.
Very happy with Reactive Plumbing! Recently had whole range of issues - rusted out water tank, hws not functioning efficiently, drainage issues around rank, poor water pressure just to name a few. Had no idea where to start but Xavier was really efficient and broke it all down so I could understand. We had many of their employees come onsite at different times completing different works. The communication was first class and Aaron couldn’t have been better with his customer service and his problem solving ability. I would recommend Reactive Plumbing to anyone. I live in Morningside and they were very quick to respond and send someone out.
Just a follow up on the negative review I wrote a few weeks ago. Reactive Plumbing sure have lifted the bar. Shortly after my review went on line, I had a call from Matt who advised me that they were refunding me the whole amount of what they charged me to install the original sink mixer they installed. Zavier Donaldson came out for leak in my kitchen, found that my plumbed in fridge freezer was leaking and had been for a while. He was great, called to let me know when he would be there and was very prompt. Found the issue quickly and even took video so I could see it. Explained what was needed to be done and the steps I go from there. No pressure for me to get them to fix it. Christian Cheslett attended our Broadbeach Waters home today, arrived early and fixed a mixer tap that had been leaking. He had to leave to source the correct cartridge but returned very soon after. I found him to be polite, professional and he explained what work had to be done. Highly recommended !!
I am very pleased with the work done by Xavier and Logan.xaviour came first and assess the work.unfortunatly he left but Logan took over and completed the work on the same day.The outstanding work done as my powder room closet completely changed, last 8 years no one could find out the problem.we are very happy.Jemma is very good with friendly dealing.
