Breyton fixed my waterleak today, so I was quite happy with that. He did an excellent job in a friendly way and at the same time showed me what he was checking and why,to avoid problems in the future , good service and the 99 dollar a year contract gives me peace of mind. We found a leak in our electric hot water system so called Reactive Plumbing because of our excellent past experiences with them. We were very lucky to get Jackson Fletcher, one their plumbers who attended our water heater issues and wow what a service we got! Job # 121022569 blocked waste water drain located under low set house at Banyo. We had Rhys attend & fix our issue with the drain. Rhys kept us informed on his estimated arrival time. He quoted upfront pricing prior to commencing the job. Very happy with service Rhys provided. Very polite, communicated well.
