Had a big grease blockage that was backing the drains up, the team sent Napoleon to help, who did a dynamite job. He was early, polite and respectful, and showed me on the camera what the problem was. He even cleaned up and put everything back after the job was done. Same day service which I am so grateful for. Logan was fabulous. Found the problem which was a tempering valve, went and got a part and fixed it all within a few hours. He was so easy to deal with, lovely guy.
