Kept full informed as to when the plumber would turn up and he was here when advised. He also called when approaching. Roman was very polite, greeting me with the widest smile. He showed me where the problem was occurring, gave me a quote for the repair on the spot and left the laundry as he had found it, excluding the smell. I would call for his help any time.
