Our first experience with Reactive Plumbing was AMAZING. Logan was fantastic! He provided an early update on his ETA, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout. His attention to detail was excellent, and he took the time to ensure everything was done properly. I would highly recommend Logan to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about what was required to fix a problem with taps on my bathroom vanity. As a Single Aged Pensioner I was very concerned about any water leakage in case it contributed to me having another fall. Jackson was very kind, patient and understanding at all times. Very happy with Cameron. He was very patient when explaining things to me as well as to my husband over the phone to answer all of our questions on fixing our taps today. Gave us options as well on what could be done for all the various jobs that needed fixing around the house. We signed up for membership today.
