I am a tradie and work the graveyard shift, so at 7am I am extremely tired and obviously not thinking properly, these guys took me for $3193.35 for 1 pressure valve, 4 x isolation valves and 2 x elbows plus about 3.5 hours work (time padded out is was actually less, I have cameras so timed it)… that’s very very pricy! Works out over $700 per hour after materials!!! Jess on reception was most pleasant to talk to. Plumber arrived on time and was very professional and helpful with advice and replacing our solar water heater.
Job number 58467 was a challenging water leakage under the house which does not have underground access. Reactive were very responsive in locating and repairing the leak. Quite a few plumbers worked here and all were professional and communicative. Also appreciated how clean the area was when completed. Only one for thing to do in place a new tile in the kitchen.
Super easy to deal with, on time and did a good job. I did have a query about an item on the invoice and they came back to me and it was resolved quick and easy. I would recommend Reactive Plumbing if you have an issue that is urgent and need to be dealt with professionally.

I had always had a issue with my outside drain. But no-one ever explain to me whats causing the issue like Johnny did Job number 121023122. He showed me the problem on camera and resolve the issue and gave me 3 option to pick to resolve reoccurring problem. Plus bonus point he came earlier the expected.

Job No 121022744 Ethan Millington suburb Flinder's View Q4305 The above job was booked originally on Monday 13 July. It had been assigned to Keegan. Unfortunately a number of parts had to be ordered and this is where Ethan came in. Ethan was well presented and explained all that he was doing as he progressed. He was neat and tidy as he worked. He even had to make a small modification with the bath plug hole. We would not hesitate to have him or Keegan back if the need arose.

Ritchie was super helpful! We had a leaking washing machine and he came out and inspected all of the pipes/hoses and gave everything a good clean to make sure nothing was being blocked. He also gave us some tips on how we can look after our home while we were overseas to prevent any water damage and even went and found our water main to show us where it is. Thanks again Ritchie!
