Tried to change washers in shower and failed as I didn’t know it had an extension internally. Needed a plumber fast. Obviously I had to turn off the water and couldn’t turn it back on until it was fixed. Called at 8.30am and Logan Hoare was here 9am. Logan was very professional and explained the issues. He fixed both taps. It’s a public holiday and to have someone come so quickly was awesome and very much appreciated.
Very happy with Reactive Plumbing! Recently had whole range of issues - rusted out water tank, hws not functioning efficiently, drainage issues around rank, poor water pressure just to name a few. Had no idea where to start but Xavier was really efficient and broke it all down so I could understand. We had many of their employees come onsite at different times completing different works. Zavier Donaldson came out for leak in my kitchen, found that my plumbed in fridge freezer was leaking and had been for a while. He was great, called to let me know when he would be there and was very prompt. Found the issue quickly and even took video so I could see it. Explained what was needed to be done and the steps I go from there. No pressure for me to get them to fix it.
