Elias and Greg were simply brilliant to deal with. Before we found Reactive Plumbing, we had wasted months looking for a good plumber. We then went to Reactive Plumbing who are punctual, professional, EXTREMELY thorough and very fairly priced. Our home is slightly older which brings it’s own challenges, but nothing was too hard for Greg and Elias. These guys pulled off a pretty tricky leak repair that I thought was going to be impossible. Great service from booking a plumber to come out right through to completing the job. The plumber (Jackson) was on time, courteous and gave us several options with quotes. No pressure at all to go with the most expensive and very understanding of our circumstances. Highly recommend them.

I called Reactive Plumbing and the moment the staff answered my call, I felt welcomed and received aid in a helpful manner. They were polite and sent me Elias who came on time as arranged. He performed faster than expected and was professional. He was also tidy and clean after the job was done. Overall, the price was reasonable and all the staff were exceptionally helpful, and I would highly recommend Reactive Plumbing for their excellent customer service.
