Recently had a few of the boys from Reactive Plumbing over to fix my blocked main sewer line. Gave them a call on Sunday and they had Napoleon out to my property within an hour. Job#121026456. He was able to identify that I had a break in the sewer line and clear the tree roots that were causing the blockage. He was then able to give us a quote to get the pipe re-lined so that we would not have the same problem in the future. The next day two more boys were out to my property already working on the fix. Job #121026457. They ... read more
Napoleon provided a prompt service & repair. Communication was polite and clear. As Napoleon had the parts required he was able to fix the problem at the time which was a great relief to us. Also as the call was out of hours the assistance given by Bianca & Napoleon was very much appreciated. Thank-you.
Would like to compliment Jaidyn McKay who attended my job 121026369 insinkarator at Varsity Lakes Qld4227 From the time I rang for service and spoke to a wonderful receptionist to the time Jaidyn left my premises I received 1st class service. Reception was alert - polite - helpful and explained the procedure for the next day. Excellent service! I called at 6:35 p.m., they were on-site at 8:45 a.m. for a sewer blockage. Ultimately the job fell on Urban Utilities to complete but investigative job well done. Napoleon the Plumber: Communication: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Proficiency: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thoroughness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Job documentation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Recorded/documented everything) Highly recommend. Would use again.
Great service from Napoleon! He is friendly , professional, and quickly fixed our blocked drain. He also showed me the problem with the camera and cleaned everything up afterwards. Happy with his work. Highly recommend Napoleon.
From first contact to end of job it was 100% courtesy and professionalism. Fin explained what I needed to know and I agreed to continue with the work to be carried out. Fin got the storm water flowing again to the delight of my better half. Fin left the sites clean and tidy.
Had a big grease blockage that was backing the drains up, the team sent Napoleon to help, who did a dynamite job. He was early, polite and respectful, and showed me on the camera what the problem was. He even cleaned up and put everything back after the job was done. Would definitely use this company again 121026137 Zillmere
Rhys arrived on time to check out a leak in our bathroom, explained what was happening and what he was doing, very impressed with his work and how he cleaned up when finished. Allan.
Jaidyn Mackay did a great job and left the job and area clean. Did use our vacuum cleaner though, so might have to take that off the next bill (ha ha ha). Regards Warren Maxwell
