I had 2 delightful employees of Reactive Plumbing come to my premises this morning as scheduled. Finn commenced the service and was totally professional and efficient in providing a paper copy of service and cost. He then sorted blocked drains. Tested toilet drains and sorted leaking outdoor taps. He kept me informed on all developments. Troy then arrived to service taps that were not functioning properly, to seal a toilet pipe and a connecting bath pipe. Excellent work by the guys. We've had major water issues going on in our house and we couldn't work out why. The guys came in, diagnosed the whole house, found all of the issues, gave us an action plan that actually works for us and began that day to fix the issues. We are really happy. And they even offer a set and forget yearly service. Can't ask for more than that

I spoke to Josh who was able to organise someone to see me that day. Logan called advising me what time he would be around and he was bang on time. He identified my problem, gave me a quote and was able to solve the problem there and then. Logan was quick, efficient and friendly and I would be happy to use Reactive again.
