The wash and toner was great but I’m really unhappy with the cut. Asked for a trim and straight cut with some wispy front bits and ended up with a very super choppy almost bob. I just feel so ugly so I don’t think I’ll be coming back, I’m sorry. Thanks for your service over the last few years for me
