The wash and toner was great but I’m really unhappy with the cut. Asked for a trim and straight cut with some wispy front bits and ended up with a very super choppy almost bob. I just feel so ugly so I don’t think I’ll be coming back, I’m sorry. Thanks for your service over the last few years for me

Always a sharp haircut, always great colour. Stylists listen to you and you are made to feel welcome and valued every time. Receptionist’s are efficient and patient trying to accommodate appointment requirements. Since arriving in Canberra, I’ve been coming here every month for six years, I’d never dream of anywhere else. Top marks from me.

Off London is the salon of choice for me for the past . seventeen years. Luke is a superb senior stylist; he has a specific and very calm manner in seeking to fulfil one’s wishes for a terrific cut whether modern or classical. The team at this salon are welcoming and each demonstrate customer care. If you want to look and feel fabulous, head there!

As usual Jade did a gorgeous job of my hair! I always love coming to Off London because they are always happy, friendly and welcoming. Most importantly they are professionals and always do a fabulous job! I highly recommend Jade - she does foils like a champ and cuts beautifully!
