There is rarely any waiting time when I arrive for my appointment. There is always someone at reception to greet me with a warm smile when I arrive. Staff cannot do enough to accommodate my needs by providing a pillow for my sore back. I love the hair washing massage chairs and the scalp massages that are so stress releasing. Natalie and Rosie always cut and style my hair very well and do it exactly how I want it. Plus, Off London Hair were very welcoming at accommodating my needs after my recent shoulder surgery.
