There is rarely any waiting time when I arrive for my appointment. There is always someone at reception to greet me with a warm smile when I arrive. Staff cannot do enough to accommodate my needs by providing a pillow for my sore back. I love the hair washing massage chairs and the scalp massages that are so stress releasing. Natalie and Rosie always cut and style my hair very well and do it exactly how I want it. Plus, Off London Hair were very welcoming at accommodating my needs after my recent shoulder surgery.

A visit to Off London is a mini-break from the day-to-day - I always leave feeling replenished and renewed. From Kat and Lincoln performing logistical miracles on reception to the talented cutting/colouring cohort I always feel so cared for. Cannot recommend highly enough!
