Misleading Difficulty finding Perth shop. Locked door. Shop/website numbers don't work. 1hr, asked $300 deposit to secure $500 black Friday discount/$279 whitening kit/3 retainers. No knowledge of $80 free whitening kit.
Awful Experience I went for a consultation in Newcastle and I found it all very strange. The girl couldn’t capture my teeth correctly with the scanner and kept blaming my lip for being in the way. They had no experience in dentistry and I found it very unprofessional as there wasn’t anybody free to answer more detailed questions. At the end they wanted to offer me 250$ off if I put a deposit down but I didn’t even know if I was eligible or not. I said no and it was pushed again. I won’t be going forward with this

Worst decision of my life Worst decision of my life was to accept this treatment. My teeth and bite are worse than when I started my treatment. For something that was suppose to fix a slightly crooked tooth it certainly created a lot more than the only problem I had. I can’t even bite a sandwich properly that’s how bad my bite is thanks to this treatment. Shoddy service and rude staff, buyer beware. Hello all, I’ve not had a good experience with WonderSmile Australia but I’ll try to provide a fair and insightful review. TLDR; this product works but the treatment takes WAY longer than advertised or anticipated. Customer service is atrocious, and the business model suffers should anything go awry. This will change my life!!!! When I started with this, I didn't have much to expect... I was turned down by some companies due to my age and crowded teeth, but after I found WonderSmile this changed, the customer service is amazing. ! I received everything and they take care of me on my trip !!! I highly recommend WornderSmile, they will take care of you! The others focus more on simple cases and money! Don't waste your time I had weird aligners for 15 months and I didn't update the photos of my teeth improvements. The result is not good, my tooth is still inside so I got 3D scan again and got another 10 new aligners however now I’m back to overseas and just finished it. The results are not different so I would not recommend this, better go to see the orthodontist otherwise gonna waste a lot of money and time.

Wouldn’t refund for 4 weeks I wasn’t eligible for the treatment, but they still kept my money (a 4 figure sum) for 4 weeks! Apparently that’s their refund policy and they wouldn’t give it sooner.
Waste of money and time The product is simply moulded plastic that is extremely uncomfortable. One of the biggest pain points is the lack of face to face assistance - everything is done via email. My biggest disappointed is they require monthly photos to see progress, yet it is so difficult to take the photos they want. I would never recommend this product to family and friends as it is poorly made for profits
Poor quality aligners, none of them fit. After 6 months with the first aligners (which I went in to fix a very minor cosmetic issue to straighten the right lateral incisor), nothing in my upper teeth had changed. None of the top aligners fit properly, they were always loose. I got re-scanned and had another 12 weeks of aligners sent, and same issue again. However this time they have managed to mess up my lower teeth and move them out of alignment when they were perfectly straight!! And again - still NO improvement to that on... read more
