This company is a scam I went with this company and the junk DOES NOT work. Please do not be fooled it’s a scam.
Will just make you sad Excitement and hope was met with failed promises and disappointment, add to this the loss of a lot of money, and now warily looking for an alternative, probably should have just went for standard braces tbh
Wondersmile disappeared without a trace! I was close to finishing my invisible aligner program and needed to arrange for new aligners. I emailed and phoned several times without any response, only to find out weeks later Wondersmile had shut up shop and ceased operations!!! I have basically wasted thousands of dollars, as I paid for the entire treatment up front. …AND I still can’t locate anyone to see if I could access to my files, so I could possibly consider treatment elsewhere? SCAM DO NOT USE WONDERSMILE I purchased aligners for my 15 year old in December 2021. I received approx 3 months of support from Wondersmile before all correspondence from them went quiet. After multiple emails, I filed a complaint with consumer protection only to be advised in January 2023 that the business has new owners and the new management are not honouring existing clients of Wondersmile. I have lost over $2,000 to this company and have no recourse it would seem. My daughter is still using the aligners but is unhappy ... read more
Wondersmile is a scam Lost my money. Automated messages, phone number disconnected and no refund. Don’t use wondersmile. Company is now called ‘dr wondersmile’ and they will take your money.
Had my scan in May and still haven't received my aligners (now November) I completed my set of aligners with wondersmile and was not completely satisfied with my results. So I contacted them and they offered a free correction which is part of their policy if you're not completely satisfied with your results. I had done my scan in May 2022! It is now November and I still have not received my correction aligners.
